量子計算是21世紀最受矚目的新興科技,其重要性不亞於上個世紀的矽產業。未來 5-10年,在量子電腦上的計算有望運行更多優於經典計算的量子演算法。在物理系統的研發上,臺灣在離子阱、超導和光量子系統中都有不同團隊投入,並已組成量子國家隊。
此次我們邀請到鴻海研究院量子計算研究所研究員陳國進博士來跟大家介紹什麼量子演算法,並分享令人期待的量子技術發展。

Quantum computers utilize quantum algorithms to perform parallel computing, surpassing classical computers in numerous domains, such as cryptography, database searching, optimization, quantum simulation, and linear equation solving. In this presentation, we shall introduce well-known quantum algorithms, including Shor`s algorithm and Grover`s algorithm, and delve into their practical applications. Overall, quantum computing has the potential to drive significant advancements in various fields by providing exponential speedups over classical computers and enabling breakthrough solutions to complex problems.
